If you will receive a damaged item then only the item is eligible for return.
You should expect to receive your partial refund within six weeks of cancellation. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (7 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 8 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (7 to 10 business days).
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered

Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
Some items may not be eligible for return if you “no longer need it”. If such an item delivered to you is not as described, or was physically damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window for a fee replacement.
